We are an online store, that ships worldwide, but hold stocks in Panama, Nicaragua and India.

We are only available through our website, you can also find us on Facebook as M&N Treasures for Children and Instagram @treasuresforchildren

 
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
We ship worldwide, from Panama. We try to offer the most reasonable shipping rates for our international costumers.


HOW LONG WILL MY PARCEL TAKE TO ARRIVE AND HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Standard orders are typically shipped, between 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.

We use an Express Mail Service from our local Post mail. 

International shipments usually take between 7-15 business days depending on the destination, providing there are no customs hold ups. Shipping costs for overseas parcels depends on your location. Please contact us to sales@treasuresforchildren.com for further information. 

Please note high peak seasons shipping time frames may vary.

Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.

Please check turnaround times for custom orders.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package.


WHERE IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED?
Unless otherwise arranged, we ship to the address listed in your invoice. 

If your order is a gift, please contact us immediately after placing your order at customercare@treasuresforchildren.com to make sure we sent your parcel to the right place. 

The Express Mail Service used by Treasures for Children, typically delivers the package to your door, without extra charges but that may vary depending on your country´s customs regulations.


CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S) IF IT’S WRONG SIZE, STYLE OR COLOUR?
Treasures for would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong color or size it can be returned for an exchange.  Shipping costs + plus customs charges (if any) must be covered by the costumer Please contact us to customercare@treasuresforchildren.com 

Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 7 days to decide whether to keep your items. If you wish to return or exchange your merchandise send us an email to customercare@treasuresforchildren.com) and we will provide you with your new shipping information for the return of your merchandise.

All returned items must be packed as received, with all labels included. 


WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

If your order has already been sent to its destination, custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through M&N Treasures for children. However you might be able to recover this by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. 

Please note that it can take up to 12 business days for the refund to appear in your account


HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?
We are pleased to offer several payment methods, such as Bank Transfer, Cash on Pick up or you can use your credit or debit card through Cuanto App, a third party service provider.

As third-party service provider, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Paypal payments are not available at the moment. 


CAN I SHOP AT M&N TREAUSRES FOR CHILDREN WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT?

You can shop at M&N Treasures For Children without creating an account. However, register with us will allow you to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Request a return or exchange directly from your account.
  • Receive our newsletter and be first informed about our new arrivals.
  • Save your details so you can shop even quicker next time
