Treasures for would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong color or size it can be returned for an exchange. Shipping costs + plus customs charges (if any) must be covered by the customer.
Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 7 days to decide whether to keep your items. If you wish to return or exchange your merchandise send us an email to customercare@treasuresforchildren.com and we will provide you with your new shipping information for the return of your merchandise.
If your order has already been sent to its destination, custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through M&N Treasures for children. However, you might be able to recover this by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
Please note that it can take up to 12 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
All returned items must be packed as received, with all labels included.
